main ingredient: Pork ( for Bulgogi) 300g
side ingredient: 1/3 onion (70g), 1 unripe hot pepper (10g), 1/10 carrot (20g), 10 cm spring onion (20g), 2 TS cooking wine (30ml), black pepper powder (a pinch), seasoning (3 TS soy sauce(45ml), 2 TS sugar(20g),1TS minced garlic(10g), 1/2 ts minced ginger(2g), 2 TS sesame oil (15ml), 1ts sesame (3g)), 1TS cooking oil (15ml)

replacing ingredients: (1) cooking wine -> Soju (good for removing the smell of fat) (2) unripe hot pepper -> Cheongyang hot pepper (to increase spiciness) (3) carrot -> Chinese cabbage (sweeter and crunchier)
01. slice the pork into appropriate size then marinate with cooking wine and a pinch of black pepper powder for 10 minutes.
02. Mix the seasoning ingredients well in a bowl. Marinate the prepared pork with the seasoning for about 20 minutes.
03. shred the onion, and cut diagonally the spring onion and unripe hot pepper. Cut the carrot into 1*5cm flat pieces.
04. put cooking oil in the heated pan, and add the fork and roast until it almost done. Add the onion, carrot, spring onion, and unripe hot pepper then stir-fry with stirring until the seasoning penetrates evenly.
