Cooking meterial
Main ingredients: 1 and a 1/2 potato(300g)
Minor ingredients: Red bell pepper 1/20(5g), Green bell pepper 1/20(5g), A 1/2 handful of oyster mushrooms(25g), Oyster sauce 1/2 tablespoon(5g), Garlic (finely chopped) 1/2 tablespoon(5g), Green onion 5cm(10g), Canola oil 1 and a 1/2 tablespoon(22ml), Salt 1 teaspoon(3g), Sesame oil 1 tablespoon(15ml), Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon(3g), Water 2 tablespoons(30ml)
Cooking course
01. Peel the potato and cut into thickness of 0.5cm. With running water, rinse the potato and marinate for 10 minutes in salt water (2 cups of water + 1 tablespoon of salt). Also slice the peppers and spring onion aslant and tear oyster mushrooms by strand after cutting off its bottom.

02. On a heated pan, pour cooking oil and stir-fry garlic and the potato. When its color turns transparent, put some water and cook with the lid closed.

Put and saute #3 with the oyster mushrooms, salt and the oyster sauce and after a while add the peppers and the green onion stir-fry lightly. Turn off the heat and mix with the sesame oil and seeds.
