Main ingredient: 16 rice cakes for Tteokbokki (250g)
Minor ingredients: one egg (50g), 2 cups of bread crumbs (100g), sesame (a little bit of black sesame), 5 cups of cooking oil (1L), 4 sticks, sauce(2 tablespoons of chili sauce(20g), one tablespoon of red pepper paste (15g), and one tablespoon of starch syrup (10g)
Alternative ingredient: rice cake -> meat, shrimp, garlic (Apply diverse ingredients to make eatables other than snacks)
Cooking course
01. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Put an egg into another bowl and whip it well to make egg water.

02. Place four rice cakes into a stick. (If the rice cakes are stiff, blanch them in boiling water slightly)

03. Coat 02 with the egg water and bread crumbs evenly.

04. Pour cooking oil into a pot and fry rice cake sticks with temperature 160˚C. Remove grease with kitchen towels, apply sauce back and forth, and sprinkle black sesame. (Be careful with frying when the rice cakes aren't defrosted)

トッコ千(韓国式のだんご)の作り方

主材料:トッポギもち16個(250g)
副材料:卵1個(50g)、パン粉2コップ(100g)、ごま(黒ごま)、食油5コップ(1L)、串4個、味付け(チリソース2大さじ(20g)、コチュジャン1大さじ(15g)、水あめ1大さじ(10g))
代替材料:もち→肉類、えび類、ニンニク(材料と色々に応用しておやつ以外に肴でもできる。)

01.ボールに味付けの材料を入れて混ぜる。他のボールに卵を入れて溶く。

02.串にもちを4個ずつ差し込む。(もちが固い場合は煮え湯にゆでる。)

03.02に溶いた卵を付けてパン粉を押しながら付ける。

04.なべに食油を入れて温度を160℃に上げてトッコ千を揚げる。キチンタオルに載せて油気を抜けた後、表裏に味付けを付けて、黒ごまをかける。(解凍されていないもちは揚げる時油が跳ねて危ないため注意する。)
