How to Make Noodles with Tofu
Main ingredients: 150g plain noodle, 80g tofu
Side ingredients: Broth(10 cups water(2L), 200g raddish, 1/3 onion(70g), 20cm green onion(40g), 1 cheongyang red pepper(10g), 5cm all around kelp(2g), 20 anchovies(for broth)(20g), 7 garlics(35g)), Seasoning(1 table spoon soysauce(traditional)(15ml), 2/3 table spoon garlic(minced)(7g), 1 table spoon pepper powder(5g), 2 tea spoon green onion(chopped)(6g), 1 tea spoon sesame oil(5ml), 1 tea spoon cheongyang red pepper (chopped)(3g)) dried seaweed(little bit of seaweed flake), sesame salt(little bit of sesame salt)

01. Put all the broth ingredients and boil. When it boil up, put it on a low light and boil it again. Then separte the solid ingredients from the broth.
02. Put ingredients for sauce in a bowl and mix well. Cut tofu into 3x3-cm-pieces.
03. Put plain noodels in the boiling water and cook it for 3~4 minutes. put 1/2 cold waters when it boils up for 2 to 3 times. Wash boiled noodles in the cold water by rubbing them with hands to remove starch. Drain it afterwerd.
Put broth in pot to boil. When it boils up, put tofu and boil it again. Put noodles into dish and pour broth. Put seaweed flake and sesame salt with seasonings.
