How to Make Fried Tofu
Main ingredients: tofu 120g, salt(a little bit), glutinous rice flour 1 tbsp(10g)
Secondary ingredients: sauce (oyster sauce 1 tsp(3g), soy sauce 1 tbsp(15ml), sugar 1 tbsp(10g), vinegar 1 tbsp(15ml), water 1/2 cup(100ml), starch water(starch powder 1 tbsp + water 1 tbsp)), cooking oil 3 cups(600ml)

01. Cut tofu in 2*3cm with a thickness of 1cm. Marinate it with salt and dehydrate with kitchen towel. Put tofu into glutinous rice flour and coat it.
02. Add cooking oil in a pot and heat to 160 degrees Celcius. Put tofu and fry until crispy.
03. Put Sauce ingredients except starch water and boil them together. When it boils up, stir it with scoop and put the starch water make it thick. Enjoy it with fried tofu.
