Cooking meterial
major ingredient: pork(tenderloin)200g,tofu(400g)
minor ingredient: two handful of oyster mushrooms(100g), a half of sweet potato(100g), a half of onion(100g), 1/4 carrot(50g), green onion about 15cm(30g), ten of perilla leaves(20g), a red chili pepper(10g), a green chili pepper(10g). two tablespoons of chili oil(30ml), a tablespoon of cheongju(15ml), seasoning(1-1/2tablespoons of red pepper powder(7g), 1-1/3 red pepper paste(20g), a table spoon of traditional soy sauce(15ml), a teaspoonful of sand lance fish sauce(5ml), a little bit of sesame, a table spoon of chopped garlic(10g), a half tablespoon of sesame oil(7ml)), kelp stock(two cups of water(400ml), two pieces of 5x5 dried kelp(4g))
Cooking course
01. blench the tofu in boiling water. and slice it into 5cm square and 1cm width.
 
02cut the pork into bite sized pieces and marinate it with cheongju, pepper.
 
03.remove the bottom of oyster mushrooms and tear them out.
 
04.slice sweet potato and carrot into 1*4cm size and 0.5cm thick flatly.
 
05.shred the onion and perilla leaves and slice the green onion diagonally
 
06.slice the green, red chili pepper diagonally and remove the seed insede the pepepr.
 
07. infuse the kelp in hot water.
 
08.put the ingredient of seasoning and kelp stock and mix it well.
 
09.put the chili oil in the large pot and stir-fry the port for a while.
put the carrots, sweet potatos,oyster mushrooms and stir fry it.
put 1/2 of the seasoning and give a boil.
 
10.put the tofu, green onion, red chili pepper, green chili pepper and the remaining of seasoning into the pot of number 9 and give a boil.
if the liquid is reduced, put the perrila leaves on the top of the pt.
