How to make Pollack Soup
major ingredient: 1 of pollack(600g), hard roe(100g), white radish(120g)
minor ingredinet: 1/4 of onion (50g), 1 handful of bean sprouts(50g), tofu(150g), 1/9of a green pumpkin(30g), 1 green chili pepper(10g), 1 of red chili pepper(10g), about 15cm of green onion (30g), 1/2 handful of a crown daisy(25g), 4cups of pollack stock(800ml), seasoning ( a little salt, 4 tablespoon of red pepper power(20g), 1tablespoon of say sauce(15ml), 1tablespoon of cooking oil(15ml), 1tablespoon of ginger juice(15ml), 1-1/2tablespoon of chopped garlic(15g))

01 put the ingredient of seasoning into the bowl and mix it well.

03. slice the white radish and tofu into 2×3cm square-size, 0.5cm thick.

04.put the pollack stock, seasoning , white raddish into the pot and boil it until the white radish become transparent.
05. put the pollack and hard roe and boil more
06. if the pollack is done put the green pumpkin, onion , bean sprouts, tofu and boil more
07. season with salt and place the chili pepper, green onion, crown daisy and turn off the heat.
