How to make 'boiled chicken soup'
Main ingredient: 1 chicken(600g)
Side ingredients: Broth for chicken(6 whole garlics(30g), 20cm green onion(40g), 10 cups water(2L)), seasoning for chicken(little bit of salt, 1 table spoon sesame oil(15ml), 1 tea spoon minced garlic(3g), 1 table spoon of chopped green onion(10g), little bit of pepper), seasoned red-pepper sauce(1 table spoon chilli powder(5g), 1/2 tea spoon salt(2g), 1/2 table spoon chopped green onion, 1 tea spoon minced garlic(3g), 1 tea spoon (traditional) soysauce(5ml))

01. For chicken, cut the first part of wings and tail. Remove fat inside the neck skin. Remove fat inside of stomach with hand and wash it throughly. Put chicken and all the ingredients for broth and boil it enough. Sift out the broth and boil it again. Separate the chicken meat from the bones
Shred chicken meat. Put seasoning for chicken and marinate it with seasoning.
03. Put all the ingredients for seasoned red-pepper sauce and mix them well.
04. Put marinated chicken and broth of 01 into the bowl. Put seasoned red-pepper sauce or salt to suit one's taste.
