How to make boiled egg

The main ingredient: 3 egg(150g), sauce(3 tablespoons soy sauce(45ml), 1/2 tablespoon sugar(5g), 1/3 cup water(70mL), 1 tablespoon refined rice wine, cheongju(15mL))
Cooking course
Step1. Put eggs in pot and pour enough water. And boil it in high heat.
When water boiled, boil it in medium heat and simmer with 12 minutes.
And then cool down in cold water and peel them.

Put soy sauce with sugar,water and mix it equally.

Step 3. Put the boiled eggs, sauce into pot and cook by stirring until sauce remain 3 tablespoon
