Soy sauce stir-fried rice cake

A recipe for "간장 떡볶이 (Soy sauce stir-fried rice cake)"
Cooking meterial
Main ingredient: Tteokbokki Tteok(rice cake) 200g, 1 Slice of Oden(fish cake) 30g
Minor ingredients: Carrot 1/10(10g), Onion 1/6(30g), Green Onion 5cm(10g), Cooking Oil 1 Spoon(15ml), Soysouce 1 Spoon(15ml), Sugar 1 spoon(10g), Crushed Garlic 1/2 Spoon(5g), Water 1/4 Cup(50ml), A Bit Ground Black Pepper, Some Black Sesame, Sesame Oil 1 Small Spoon(5ml)
Cooking course
01. Apply oil to the pan into the pre-heated pan and fry rice cake. (If the rice cake is hard, pre-soak in water before use.) Dice the onion and large green onions. Make flat cuts with carrots. Cut the rice balls in similar size as the rice cakes.

02. Mix the soy sauce mix in the bowl thoroughly . Add to 01 and broil until the sauce is soaked in to the rice cakes.

03. As 2~3 large spoons of soup is left, put in and stir the onion, leek, carrot and fish cake.

04. Turn off the heat and scatter black sesame after you add sesame oil.
