How to Make Korean Style Meatball

Main ingredients: beef(chopped) 150g, tofu 100g
Secondary ingredients: 2 eggs(100g), flour 3 tbsp(15g), sesame oil 1 tbsp(15ml), cooking oil 2 tbsp(30ml), green onion(chopped) 2 tbsp(20g), garlic(chopped) 1 tbsp(10g), rice wine 1 tbsp(15ml), pepper powder(a little bit), salt(a little bit), sesame oil 1 tsp(5ml)
Cooking course
01. Mix beef with rice wine and pepper powder and marinate.


 
02. Crush tofu with the side of a knief, put in a cloth and squeeze the excess water.
 
03. Put crushed tofu, beef, green onion, garlic, salt and sesame oil in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
 
04. Put flour on the dish. Put the egg on the other dish and beat eggs with the salt. Make meatball flat with diameter of 3~4cm. Put flour on it and dust it off, and then put egg on it.
05. Put cooking oil on the heated pan, and then put 04 on pan and cook it back and forth (to cook it throughtly inside, cook it enough with a low light )
